			* Every shliach must prepare all the Jews in his location and city to receive Moshiach Tzidkeinu, by explaining the concept of Moshiach as explained in the Written and Oral Torah, in a manner '''that is acceptable''' to each individual according to their intellect and understanding, including especially - through the study of the concepts of Moshiach and Geulah (redemption), particularly in a way of Chochmah, Binah, and Da'at (wisdom, understanding, and knowledge).
